Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise CLM platforms including Sirion, Agiloft, Icertis, and DocuSign.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate platform problems and complex data-related issues.
• Implement advanced configurations within Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, and DocuSign to align with business requirements.
• Execute workflow updates, including rule creation, approval modifications, and notification workflow adjustments.
• Resolve data integrity issues by applying deep knowledge of CLM data structures.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for platform issues and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CLM platform management and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Sirion, Agiloft, Icertis, and DocuSign.
• Proficiency in workflow configuration and rule creation.
• Deep understanding of CLM data structures and processes.
• Experience managing agreement expiry updates and notification workflows.
• Ability to provide advanced technical guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Experience with help text amendment and user permission management within workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing platform changes following established change management processes.
