Description

Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud systems on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modular, scalable cloud architectures using AWS.
• Architect and develop Java-based microservices and modular systems.
• Oversee UI development using React or Angular to ensure seamless backend integration.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate resource provisioning.
• Prepare network and firewall flows and collaborate with AWS Cloud Managed Services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT software architecture and development.
• Extensive expertise in AWS cloud environments.
• Strong background in Java-based microservices.
• Proficiency with modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting.
• Linux/Unix systems administration including configuration and scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring internal teams and vendors through design and code reviews.
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and design specifications.
