Description

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures while managing technology-based business solutions for program initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of modular AWS cloud architectures and prepare network/firewall flow documentation.
• Architect and develop Java-based microservices and modular systems.
• Oversee UI development using React or Angular to ensure seamless backend integration.
• Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, Document DB, and Elasticsearch.
• Direct internal teams and vendors through design and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT software architecture and development.
• Extensive expertise in AWS cloud environments.
• Deep experience with Java microservices.
• Proficiency in React or Angular UI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration, including configuration and scripting.
• Technical proficiency with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing cloud monitoring and performance management using tools like AWS CloudWatch.
