Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud architectures and modular systems on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AWS cloud architectures and modular Java-based microservices.
• Prepare network and firewall flows and collaborate with AWS Cloud Managed Services teams.
• Oversee UI development using React or Angular to ensure backend integration.
• Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, Document DB, and Elasticsearch.
• Implement infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT software architecture and development.
• Expertise in AWS cloud architecture and services.
• Extensive experience developing Java-based microservices.
• Proficiency with React or Angular for user interface development.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Document DB, and Elasticsearch.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration and scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Puppet or Ansible configuration management.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and serverless architecture.
