Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle for backend features, from conception to post-delivery support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Okta, and partner platforms.
• Build and deploy microservices using Java and Node.js on AWS.
• Write automated unit tests and conduct rigorous functional testing to ensure software quality.
• Support live applications by creating runbooks, metrics dashboards, and managing knowledge transfer.
• Perform software analysis, code reviews, and system risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture across AWS.
• Expertise in RESTful API design using Java.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, IAM, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or AWS managed services.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Splunk, or DataDog.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Docker environments.
• Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit and Jest.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations.
