Description

You will lead the architectural design and modernization of enterprise applications within cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design highly available systems using load balancing and horizontal scalability patterns.
• Manage complex technical sales and deployment projects, securing stakeholder consensus on solutions.
• Identify optimal cloud architecture options to meet strategic organizational goals.
• Apply enterprise architecture principles across application, data, infrastructure, and security domains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise full-lifecycle architecture.
• 5-8 years of hands-on technical application architecture and modernization experience.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS or Public Cloud solution architecture and design.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Strong programming and integration experience with Java and Python.
• Deep understanding of HTTP/S, FTP, SOAP, and REST services.
• Experience with RDBMS technologies including Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Postgres.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with GCP, OCI, or state and local government environments.
• Experience with enterprise-wide integration, publish/subscribe mechanisms, and AI chatbot development.
