Description

You will define the strategic technical direction and architectural runway for your sub-function, driving design, development, and implementation while enabling continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead POC delivery and evolve technical solutions while managing non-technical requirements and compliance.
• Research emerging technologies and propose changes to keep the organization at the forefront of technical change.
• Mentor individual contributors and advise solution architects on risks, costs, benefits, and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, partners, and the enterprise program management office to mitigate risks and report on initiative status.
• Identify high-risk areas in software solutions and recommend technical resolutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering or technical architecture experience.
• Deep technical mastery across at least two domains: APIs, UI, Security, Cloud, Mobile, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience in software development and coding using C#, .NET, or Java.
• Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
• Expertise in API design, UI, Security, Cloud, or Mobile technologies.
• Experience applying frameworks like Scrum or SAFe within complex organizations.
• Ability to perform business modeling, ecosystem modeling, and IT investment analysis.
• Strong ability to communicate technical tradeoffs, strategy, and complexity mitigation to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification or experience.
• M.B.A. degree.
