Description

You will architect and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure using VMware Cloud Foundation, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SDDC architectures using vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
• Automate cloud operations and lifecycle management via Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Deploy and manage modern workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• Configure and maintain HCX for multi-site and edge architectures.
• Ensure network security and compliance within the virtualized environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or virtualization roles.
• Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
• Proficiency in automation scripting with Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and high availability principles.
• Familiarity with HCX and multi-site management.
• Understanding of network security frameworks and TOGAF concepts.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Experience with VMware Aria Automation.
