Description

Lead cloud security infrastructure design and architecture for client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define information security strategies and future state visions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and top-tier security practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and state agencies to integrate security into technology solutions.
• Mitigate risks through security reviews and the delivery of cloud-based security offerings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security architecture or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure security architecture.
• Proficiency in PHP, Python, AWS, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in conducting product research and information security assessments.
• Ability to assess System Security Plans to develop information security position reports.
• Proficiency in identifying risk related to client policy and Defense in Depth.
• Experience documenting security architecture procedures and diagrams.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Network Security concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of NIST risk assessment processes for information technology systems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate security and regulatory risk impacts to executive management.
