Description

You will architect and implement secure Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices, embedding security checks throughout the delivery process.
• Design scalable, resilient, and compliant Salesforce cloud environments focused on security and governance.
• Lead cloud automation and release management to optimize deployment velocity and reduce risk.
• Mentor engineering teams on DevSecOps, cloud security, and Salesforce CI/CD automation best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in cloud engineering/architecture, with 5+ years in Salesforce DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Hands-on expertise with Copado for Salesforce CI/CD.
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps principles, including SCA, SAST, and DAST implementation.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for Salesforce integration.
• Strong background in Salesforce technologies: Apex, LWC, APIs, and metadata model.
• Experience configuring code quality scanners (SonarQube, PMD, ESLint).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA) for Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
