Description

You will architect and build a greenfield data platform end-to-end, owning ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and modern lakehouse architectures.
• Build serverless, event-driven solutions using Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
• Implement REST API integrations and publish data to platforms like SharePoint Lists.
• Own Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform for consistent deployments.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated data and AI deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of data engineering experience with a focus on cloud-native architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency with Azure Data Factory and Terraform.
• Strong experience with Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and GitHub Actions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Experience integrating Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI into data workflows.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS-based contingency patterns (S3, Glue, Lambda).
