Description

You will build and manage a next-generation cloud data platform designed to source and centralize data from diverse technology systems to power reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage the Snowflake data warehouse architecture.
• Establish best practices for Snowflake usage using Airflow, DBT, and Spark.
• Test and deploy data pipeline frameworks using CI/CD tooling and standard testing frameworks.
• Monitor query performance and data loads to perform necessary tuning and optimization.
• Provide technical guidance during QA and UAT phases to identify root causes and resolve data issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data development and solutions within complex, large-scale data environments.
• 7+ years of SQL/PLSQL experience, including writing complex queries for data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience developing data solutions specifically on Snowflake.
• 3+ years of experience building data pipelines and warehousing solutions using Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark.
• 3+ years of experience working in hybrid data environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Hands-on expertise with Python and Airflow (or similar orchestration tools like Dagster).
• Snowflake SnowPro Core certification.
• Proficiency with DBT, Spark, and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
