Job Summary: 
The Senior Cloud Developer will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure supporting the CJIS Division’s Data Mesh architecture. The role focuses on ETL pipelines, cloud automation, CI/CD, data governance, monitoring, and security within a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, and Lambda.
Design and deploy domain-specific data products following enterprise standards.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, Packer, and CloudFormation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Monitor cloud and data infrastructure using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Implement cloud security practices including VPC, encryption, MFA, and AWS Security Hub.
Support Data Mesh platforms, data catalogs, governance, lineage, and high availability.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and data domain teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
Document work using Jira and Confluence and support training on Data Mesh and governance practices.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of AWS cloud development experience focused on data engineering and DevOps.
Strong expertise in S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, and Lambda.
Experience with Data Mesh architecture and decentralized data management.
Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, access controls, lineage, and metadata.
Advanced scripting skills in Python, Shell, and/or Java.
Experience with IaC tools such as Ansible, Packer, and CloudFormation.
Strong CI/CD experience with Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, security, and troubleshooting.
Experience with SAFe Agile, Scrum/Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
