Good to Have Skills: Experience with 24x7 operational coverage, monitoring and performance optimization of cloud services, patching and upgrades, documentation of operational playbooks, tagging and cost allocation policies, troubleshooting P1/P2 incidents, and working with SRE teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in provisioning and configuration of cloud resources using existing Terraform modules and templates.
• Apply standard templates and modules created by senior engineers across different environments.
• Keep Terraform state and configurations updated and maintained across all environments.
• Monitor availability, performance, and scaling of cloud services to ensure optimal operations.
• Support patching, upgrades, and IAM hygiene tasks as part of regular maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 operational coverage and support.
• Assist in troubleshooting P1/P2 incidents alongside SRE and engineering teams for quick resolution.
• Apply and validate Terraform changes in lower environments before production deployment.
• Document remediation steps and operational playbooks for repeatable issues and incidents.
• Apply tagging and cost allocation policies via Terraform to maintain proper resource governance.
• Identify unused and underutilized resources to optimize cloud spending and resource allocation.
• Support remediation of CSPM findings through Terraform fixes under senior engineer guidance
