Good to Have Skills: Experience with 24x7 operational coverage, knowledge of cloud service scaling and performance optimization, familiarity with SRE practices, understanding of compliance and governance frameworks, experience with automated builds and root cause analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in provisioning and configuration of cloud resources using existing Terraform modules and templates.
• Monitor availability, performance, and scaling of cloud services to ensure optimal operations.
• Support patching, upgrades, and IAM hygiene tasks across cloud environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 operational coverage for critical systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting P1/P2 incidents alongside SRE and engineering teams.
• Apply and validate Terraform changes in lower environments before production deployment.
• Document remediation steps and operational playbooks for repeatable issues and processes.
• Apply tagging and cost allocation policies via Terraform to maintain governance standards.
• Identify unused and underutilized resources to optimize cloud spending and efficiency.
• Support remediation of CSPM findings through Terraform fixes under senior engineer guidance
