Description

You will support enterprise cloud operations and modernization efforts across AWS and hybrid on-premises environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise cloud solutions within hybrid architectures.
  • Modernize legacy systems through lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and containerization.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Automate workflows via GitHub Actions and manage storage strategies using NetApp ONTAP and AWS integration.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across compute, network, storage, identity, and containers.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of enterprise IT experience with a blend of architecture and hands-on engineering.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AWS solutions in enterprise or government settings.
  • Hands-on experience supporting cloud migrations at scale and mission-critical applications.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Linux (RHEL or Amazon Linux).
  • Strong expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with AWS-native container services including ECS, Fargate, and EKS.
  • Hybrid storage expertise involving NetApp, caching appliances, or FSx for ONTAP.
  • Scripting and automation proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise, branching strategies, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Familiarity with multi-account AWS organizations and hybrid networking design.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
  • Baseline familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG patterns in cloud-native architectures.
