Description

You will manage and optimize cloud infrastructure operations across Azure and GCP environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cloud platform health through daily checks, system monitoring, and proactive issue identification.
• Automate manual tasks and operational workflows using PowerShell, Bash, and Azure Cloud Shell.
• Manage backup and recovery processes, including configuring Cloud Native Backup Solutions, Recovery Vaults, and snapshot policies.
• Administer Azure storage accounts and GCP storage buckets, implementing lifecycle policies.
• Resolve technical incidents, manage ticket priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and Bash.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Shell.
• Knowledge of Azure AD App registration and GCP APIs.
• Experience managing cloud-native backup, restore, and recovery processes.
• Ability to manage storage lifecycle policies in Azure and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating cloud resources using Azure AD and GCP APIs.
• Ability to document cloud specifications, troubleshooting guides, and technical procedures.
