Description

You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients in the LATAM region, bridging the gap between complex cloud solutions and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through technical consultations and tailored demonstrations of cloud and SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements and design technical strategies for the LATAM market.
• Lead technical training sessions and workshops for both customers and internal teams.
• Develop technical documentation and proposals in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales within the cloud computing, software, or SaaS industry.
• In-depth understanding of cloud computing models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in software development practices, API usage, and cloud solution integration.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English for technical documentation and presentations.
• Ability to design and explain complex architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the LATAM region to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
