Description

You will design, implement, and support modern hybrid infrastructure environments, focusing on KubeVirt, Kubernetes, and enterprise IT services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage KubeVirt environments and automate cluster provisioning using Cluster API (CAPI) and FluxCD.
• Administer multi-domain Active Directory, DFS file systems, and internal PKI/certificate services including GPO and RBAC.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and configure Mimecast for email security, archiving, and continuity.
• Automate operational workflows using IaC (OpenTofu), Ansible, and shell scripting while monitoring system health with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Maintain Linux servers (RHEL/Alma), perform OS hardening, and document system architecture and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in systems engineering, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with KubeVirt, Kubernetes, and CloudStack.
• Proficiency in GitOps tools including FluxCD, Helm, and Kubernetes RBAC.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, DFS, and internal PKI.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online, Mimecast, and email routing protocols (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
• Solid scripting skills in Bash, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid cloud setups (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
• Knowledge of SSO integrations (OAuth2/OIDC) and enterprise backup/DR solutions.
