Description

Lead the delivery and management of the cloud-based Secrets Management Service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of digital secrets by reviewing authentication methods, secrets engines, and policy enforcement.
• Develop reusable customer guides for application teams to facilitate future onboarding.
• Expand service visibility and automate adoption for new application teams post-pilot.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle activities, compliance reporting, and key metric accountability.
• Troubleshoot Vault cluster issues and participate in a rotational on-call schedule.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with AWS CloudFormation Templates (CFT).
• 4+ years of experience with Secrets Management tools, specifically HashiCorp Vault.
• Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure including EC2, EKS, S3, Load Balancers, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in scripting using Shell or Python.
• Strong background in AWS environments and Linux.
• Proven ability to communicate technical requirements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience managing secrets lifecycle and policy enforcement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk or other secrets management tools.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Certifications in HashiCorp Vault or AWS Cloud.
