Description

Design and refine AWS landing zone solutions, build cloud-native applications, and automate infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AWS landing zone services and multi-account strategies.
• Build cloud-native applications in collaboration with cross-functional technology teams.
• Automate infrastructure continuous build and delivery using Python scripting.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for cloud-native best practices including IaC.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established cloud architectural guiding principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant cloud experience.
• Deep knowledge of AWS landing zones, Control Tower, and multi-account strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and Route53.
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups, VPN Gateways, and NAT configuration.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, or UNIX/Shell scripting.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and continuous delivery using AWS CodePipeline, CodeCommit, Git, and CloudFormation.
• Experience managing serverless technologies like AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
• Competency in cloud monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or DataDog.
• Ability to work across both Windows and *nix environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related technology program.
