Description

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will design and maintain observability infrastructure across AWS and Guidewire SaaS environments. You will implement robust monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex dashboards, alerts, and reports using Datadog.
• Configure and optimize monitoring for AWS infrastructure and Guidewire SaaS applications.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash to streamline observability workflows.
• Integrate and maintain third-party observability tools including AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana.
• Analyze system metrics to identify bottlenecks and resolve technical issues independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
• Deep expertise in Datadog observability solutions.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud platform services.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, or Grafana.
• Ability to create and manage custom dashboards and alerting rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
