Description

You will manage cloud-based healthcare data workflows and analytics pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and support data management activities between on-premise and cloud environments, including automation, scheduling, logging, and error handling.
• Ensure traceability and monitoring support for analysis, trending, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain and build Tableau dashboards to support quality measures.
• Apply ETL and data transformation best practices across cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Alteryx.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and management.
• Experience building and supporting Tableau dashboards.
• Direct experience working with Healthplan data.
• Knowledge of HEDIS and Stars quality measures.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Any Graduate degree.
