Description

You will design, configure, and operate secure, highly available network infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-region and multi-availability zone architectures with robust failover and resiliency strategies.
• Implement hybrid connectivity using AWS Transit Gateway and Azure ExpressRoute.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native load balancers including AWS ELB, Azure Load Balancer, and Application Gateway.
• Configure virtual firewalls (Palo Alto VM-Series, Cisco CSR) and native security controls like NSGs and Security Groups.
• Optimize ingress/egress traffic flows and manage BGP routing in hybrid cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing and managing cloud network infrastructures in AWS and Azure.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Transit Gateway, Azure ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity.
• 4+ years of experience with Megaport services, including VXC provisioning and private cloud connectivity.
• 4+ years of experience in traffic engineering, network segmentation, and secure connectivity design.
• 4+ years of experience designing highly redundant, fault-tolerant cloud network architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) configuration in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in deploying Network Virtual Appliances (NVAs) and third-party firewalls.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AWS Security Groups and Azure Network Security Groups (NSGs).
