Description

Define platform-level integration approaches and design Azure-based services for ingestion, processing, and downstream connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define integration contracts, data modeling approaches, and event-driven patterns for hybrid systems.
• Design Azure services (Container Apps, AKS) and manage networking, security, and deployment patterns between cloud and on-prem environments.
• Produce architecture documentation (SDDs, connectivity, security, DR, observability) that passes governance reviews without rework.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align on integration patterns and resolve delivery gaps.
• Contribute hands-on by building services, troubleshooting issues, and validating integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering distributed, event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with messaging tools: Kafka, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hubs.
• Strong DBMS background with SQL Server, Postgres, or Oracle.
• Deep expertise in Azure services including Container Apps or AKS, ADLS, Key Vault, and ACR.
• Proficiency in Azure monitoring (Application Insights, Log Analytics) and networking (private endpoints, DNS, hybrid connectivity).
• Ability to define integration patterns and data models across heterogeneous systems.
• Skilled at creating clear, implementation-ready architecture and design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data vault modeling patterns.
