Description

You will lead the end-to-end migration of applications, data, and infrastructure to cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop migration strategies by analyzing existing systems and identifying dependencies.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, storage, and security configurations.
• Execute application migration methodologies such as rehosting, re-platforming, or refactoring.
• Manage data migration to ensure integrity and security using cloud-native or third-party tools.
• Build and maintain DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a DevOps, Database, or Cloud Engineer in complex, distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) and serverless architectures.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in database administration, including schema optimization and query tuning.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system monitoring.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines and build tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
