Description

You will design and automate cloud network architecture through code to support secure, self-service platform operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Terraform and PowerShell code to automate builds and testing for the cloud network platform.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to implement and improve frameworks for self-service automation.
• Integrate network security requirements into cloud network architecture in coordination with control partners.
• Build automated integration tests within Jenkins CI to ensure bug-free releases.
• Develop APIs and Webhooks to enable multi-directional integration between orchestration platforms, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of automation and IT experience with 3+ years in DevOps and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting for API and Webhook development.
• Experience deploying enterprise workloads to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience using PowerShell to configure cloud networking components.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native networking technologies and serverless PaaS solutions.
• Experience managing source code in Stash, binaries in Nexus, and backlogs in Jira.
• Ability to troubleshoot code and logic errors for cloud-based network services.
• Understanding of deployment platforms and databases via CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS within cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or CCSP certifications.
