You will deploy, maintain, and support cloud-deployed digital evidence management solutions for global public safety customers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provision, deploy, monitor, patch, and upgrade enterprise cloud software.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful software package deployments.
• Support production systems and replicate customer issues in test environments to diagnose and repair faults.
• Define and implement regular maintenance and health monitoring procedures.
• Manage solution and service costs and participate in a 24/7 out-of-hours call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting web-based software provided as a service.
• Proficiency in scripting with Linqpad, Powershell, or similar tools.
• Experience administering Microsoft SQL databases and performing basic querying.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server and client technology.
• Understanding of network principles including IP addressing, firewall rules, and network security groups.
• Methodical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and reproduce issues in local environments.
• Ability to obtain CJIS security clearances.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure (AZ900 or AZ104), C#, .NET applications, or Linux.
• Experience using Postman, Fiddler, or ServiceNow (SNOW).
