Key Responsibilities:
✅ Architect, deploy, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 environments
✅ Design and implement infrastructure automation and orchestration solutions
✅ Develop API-driven workflows for VM lifecycle management and day-two operations
✅ Manage enterprise virtualization platforms and software-defined networking
✅ Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and resource efficiency
✅ Implement security controls, RBAC, and micro-segmentation strategies
✅ Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption and platform modernization initiatives
✅ Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔️ Enterprise-scale VMware vSphere (ESXi & vCenter) administration
✔️ VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) architecture and lifecycle management (SDDC Manager)
✔️ VMware NSX (Software-Defined Networking & Security)
✔️ VMware Aria Suite (Aria Automation & Aria Operations)
✔️ Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) & Windows Server Administration
✔️ DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP Networking, Routing & Switching
✔️ Infrastructure Automation using Ansible
✔️ Python scripting and VMware REST APIs
✔️ Terraform for Infrastructure Provisioning
✔️ Git, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
✔️ SAN/NAS, vSAN, Enterprise Storage & Compute Infrastructure
✔️ Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Security & Governance
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ 8–10+ years of virtualization and cloud infrastructure experience
⭐ Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, VMware Tanzu, and Cloud-Native Technologies
⭐ Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
⭐ VMware Certifications:
• VCP-DCV
• VCP-NV
• VCAP
• VCIX
