Description

You will lead the architecture and technical direction of FedRAMP High/IL5 platform services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture for FedRAMP High/IL5 environments.
• Design and automate CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and promotion gates.
• Build scalable platform services using AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture and design reviews.
• Drive automation, observability, security, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering.
• Deep expertise with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FedRAMP High or IL5 compliance requirements.
• Background in Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
