Description

You will build scalable, automated cloud solutions on AWS, empowering development teams through self-service platform capabilities. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on AWS experience and a DevOps mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
• Architect scalable, secure platform services and reference solutions on AWS.
• Develop automation and tooling using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Write functions and scripts for automated testing to ensure code quality.
• Partner with application teams to enable self-service cloud capabilities in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong coding fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of managed SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, routing) and IAM.
• Background in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, or serverless architectures.
