Description

You will act as the Cloud Security Subject Matter Expert, identifying risks and leading the implementation of security solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design secure network and serverless architectures in partnership with product teams.
• Create design artifacts and infrastructure diagrams to guide implementation of in-house and vendor solutions.
• Provide IAM policy guidance to ensure least privileged access across product teams.
• Review cloud architecture and AI/ML workflows to identify security issues prior to deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain documentation for security designs, configurations, and standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in security architectural reviews and creating design artifacts.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining systems used by multiple users.
• Experience securing and building Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to evaluate technical documentation, diagrams, and configurations to identify security risks or misconfigurations.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Node.js, or Golang.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, and VPNs.
• Experience managing exception requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on Azure security administration and experience securing serverless applications.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or GitHub Security.
• Command line experience with Bash, PowerShell, or AWS-CLI.
