Senior Cloud Security Engineer

You will design and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and applications across AWS and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy highly available cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS and Azure.
• Develop automation to build cloud security accelerators and intellectual property.
• Collaborate with Security Operations teams to build and maintain SIEM, SOAR, and XDR technologies.
• Analyze and resolve configuration issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Implement zero trust infrastructure and ensure compliance with frameworks including NIST, HIPAA, PII, SOX, PCI, CMMC, and CUI.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in information security and engineering.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in cloud security design, operations, and automation.
• Experience with Azure Power Platform and Azure Cloud/Virtualization.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting security tools, deployment configurations, and incident reports.
• Current AWS or Azure certification.
• Experience working with state and local government customers.
• Ability to travel to customer engagements as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Palo Alto Cloud VM series firewalls, Prisma Cloud, Forescout, Cisco Umbrella, or F5 load balancing.
• CISSP, SCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Solutions Architect, or Prisma Cloud certifications.
