Description

You will design and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and applications within AWS and Azure environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation to build cloud security accelerators and intellectual property.
• Partner with Security Operations teams to build and maintain SIEM, SOAR, and XDR technologies.
• Analyze and resolve configuration issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Implement zero trust infrastructure within cloud environments.
• Build effective monitoring, logging, and auditing processes to ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, PII, SOX, PCI, CMMC, and CUI frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Security and Engineering.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Experience in cloud security design, operations, and automation.
• Knowledge of major security compliance frameworks including NIST, HIPAA, PII, SOX, PCI, CMMC, and CUI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting security tools, deployment configurations, and incident reports.
• Experience working with state and local government customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must hold an AWS or Azure certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Palo Alto Cloud VM series firewalls in AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud, Forescout, Cisco Umbrella, or F5 Load Balancing/Firewalls.
