Senior Cloud Security Software Engineer

You will build secure continuous delivery pipelines and platforms within third-party cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design secure software architectures in collaboration with development teams.
• Partner with Information Security Analysts, Incident Responders, and Penetration Testing teams to implement preventative and responsive security actions.
• Enhance application, network, and cloud service provider configuration scanning with Vulnerability Management teams.
• Analyze, diagnose, and implement fixes for detected security issues.
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and mentor team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience developing web and cloud-based applications.
• Advanced experience in functional programming, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency in secure software design best practices.
• Advanced experience with at least two of the following: C#, C/C++, PHP, PowerShell, Python, Node.js, ASP.NET Core, WPF, Go, or Rust.
• Advanced experience using a Cloud Provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced experience developing and deploying Docker containers.
• Advanced experience creating CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced experience using Git or similar distributed version control systems.
• Proficiency using Windows, Linux, or Unix from a terminal.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Open source code contributions.
