Description

Lead the definition and execution of cloud storage strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and architectural decisions for large-scale initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cloud storage vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive architectural decisions through code reviews.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to manage resources and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive large-scale technical initiatives and make key architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years in senior leadership or individual contributor roles driving strategy.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong expertise in AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud storage architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GKE, or EKS in containerized environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
