Description

You will provide high-level technical support and infrastructure optimization within AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical incidents involving AWS infrastructure, networking, and applications within defined SLA targets.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system health using Datadog, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk to respond proactively to alerts.
• Automate operational tasks and incident response using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Optimize AWS resources, configurations, and cost efficiency while ensuring security and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical support experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, cloud networking, security, and IAM policies.
• Expertise with monitoring tools: Datadog, Nagios, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, or Splunk.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• AWS Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
