Description

You will provide L1/L2 support and manage cloud operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 support for cloud-based services and infrastructure.
• Streamline cloud operations through automation and continuous improvement.
• Manage incident handling and ticket lifecycles within support systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain distributed systems including Kafka, MQ, and Tomcat.
• Read and interpret Java and Python code to assist in debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud support or engineering roles.
• Strong AWS expertise including ECS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Experience managing Kubernetes or EKS clusters.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency in Python and Unix Shell scripting.
• Ability to read and understand Java and Python source code.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, or CockroachDB.
• Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, and Tomcat.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
