Description

You will design, build, and manage secure cloud infrastructure and applications for government platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the cloud business platform, ensuring high availability and security.
• Design and deploy custom cloud applications across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Establish and configure DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployment.
• Partner with development teams to build and manage infrastructure supporting application lifecycles.
• Migrate and secure systems within government cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology experience, with at least 5 years focused on cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience developing software using SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and government cloud platforms (FedRAMP, FISMA).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, including load balancing, caching, and application servers.
• Knowledge of cloud federation technologies like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with RESTful Web Services, XML, and JSON.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud federation and identity management in regulated environments.
