Description

Senior CloudOps Engineer responsible for architecting, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage AWS environments across Dev, QA, and Prod, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Build, deploy, and operate EKS clusters, implementing autoscaling, networking, and security policies.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for reproducible, multi-region deployments.
• Establish observability and SRE practices using Datadog to reduce MTTR and track SLOs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ArgoCD, enabling safe and frequent microservice releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS core networking (VPC, VPN, TGW, routing) and services (ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM, KMS).
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized workloads.
• Advanced Terraform skills, including modules, workspaces, and multi-region automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Proficient in Linux administration and scripting with Bash or Python.
• Experience building and maintaining monitoring stacks, with strong preference for Datadog.
• Ability to debug complex production issues across infrastructure, networks, and services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka/MSK, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and global multi-region environments.
• Contributions to SOC2 compliance, DR strategies, and cloud governance.
