Description

You will lead the development and optimization of analytics solutions using the Cognos suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Data Modules and Framework Manager structures for analytics projects.
• Design BI data models using Star schema and snowflake architectures.
• Analyze data workflows to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data modeling requirements.
• Communicate data governance initiatives and findings to stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Cognos development.
• Hands-on expertise with Cognos Analytics.
• Proficiency in Cognos Data Modules and Framework Manager.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for data utilization.
• Experience with BI Data Modeling, including Star and snowflake schemas.
• Background working with large enterprise clients in banking or insurance domains.
• Knowledge of IDW.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qlik.
