You will own the analysis and strategy behind compensation practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data to determine competitive compensation rates and practices.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Design and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans.
• Advise HR and business leaders on pay decisions and compensation strategy.
• Support compensation-related projects such as M&A, reorganizations, or system implementations.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with Compensation Analysis principles and legal compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing M&A compensation aspects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
