Description

You will own the strategy and execution of compensation practices across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach managers through career family assessments and job description creation.
• Benchmark roles against internal and external markets to ensure competitive compensation.
• Identify and participate in compensation benchmark surveys, focusing on IT roles.
• Analyze survey data and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve compensation-related issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in HR Compensation.
• Proficiency with compensation systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, and PayFactors.
• Experience in survey participation and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills for compensation strategy development.
• Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as CCP or PHR.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
