Description

Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure computer systems, servers, networks, and UPS hardware.
• Manage virtualized environments using Hyper-V and integrate cloud services across AWS and Azure.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Cortex XDR security solutions.
• Execute data backup, disaster recovery plans, and tape library maintenance.
• Handle high-level troubleshooting for escalated technical issues and coordinate with vendors for equipment failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience managing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
• Knowledge of network security hardware, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Experience with Cortex XDR security solutions.
• Ability to manage access control systems and UPS configurations.
• Competency in designing and implementing disaster recovery and backup protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
