Description

Design and maintain computer systems and technical computing infrastructure in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Implement computer systems through requirements analysis, conceptual design, installation, and testing.
• Design new computer systems and frameworks using modern technologies and integrate commercial software for server and storage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Leads to resolve technical issues and ensure solution viability.
• Develop workflows and automate processes to improve engineering and business productivity.
• Provide production deployment support, system stabilization, and rotating on-call support for critical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Analysis.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in systems analysis and requirements structuring.
• Ability to perform site surveys, design reviews, and critical design reviews.
• Experience in risk mitigation planning and cost-benefit analysis for hardware/software upgrades.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues across server and storage infrastructure.
• Ability to lead training sessions and workshops for end users.
• Degree requirement: Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Create technical guidelines and manuals.
• Conduct regular system reviews and generate efficiency reports.
