Description

You will manage customized production configurations and integrate new products into the global implementation framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure production environments to integrate technical knowledge across all systems, products, and services.
• Resolve complex or unusual customer configuration inquiries escalated from junior resources.
• Translate customer requests into parameter values across internal systems to ensure compliance with processing standards.
• Lead medium-sized projects as an individual contributor and provide technical guidance for troubleshooting efforts.
• Provide mentorship and training to internal teams on products, services, and implementation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management or production environment configuration.
• Ability to run Oracle DML scripts.
• Familiarity with Linux servers.
• Basic ability to read and understand C#, Java, Python, or PHP.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
• Experience contributing subject matter expertise to configuration project activities.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to senior team members.
