Description

You will lead configuration management projects from discovery through testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration management projects independently, from requirements gathering to final validation.
• Evaluate and optimize existing team-wide processes across the entire configuration management stack.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Partner with senior engineers and stakeholders to identify process improvements and build business cases.
• Mentor junior team members and provide high-level stakeholder training on new tools and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management or related roles.
• Proven ability to conduct process evaluation and optimization.
• Experience driving projects to completion with minimal oversight or guidance.
• Ability to articulate technical value propositions and business impact to leadership.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and strategic problem solving.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and providing technical direction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
