Description

You will lead automation and functional testing efforts within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks based on business requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned business tracks to bridge technical and business communication.
• Plan execution with offshore teams to meet program testing goals and outcomes.
• Assess test coverage, triage failures, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and grooming for junior testing team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in automation and functional testing.
• Strong expertise in Selenium using Java for web testing.
• Experience with Restful API automation.
• Proficiency in Regression, Integration, and Sanity testing.
• Experience in requirement gathering, use case identification, and test planning.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Ability to perform end-to-end testing.
• Valid driving license with the ability to drive in Belgium for field testing and navigation feature validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Telematics, Connected Car, or IoT-based device testing.
• ISTQB certification.
