Description

You will lead Pega development projects, designing complex workflows and system architectures for the banking domain. You will collaborate directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development using Pega 7.x or 8+.
• Design system architecture and blueprint patterns for complex business needs.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to ensure solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to agile sprint planning and execution.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on Pega Development experience.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification for Pega 7.x or above.
• Strong understanding of workflows and blueprint design patterns.
• Experience with Pega 7.x or Pega 8+ versions.
• Knowledge of the banking domain.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
