Description

Lead consultancy engagements and manage technical project delivery for clients in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultancy projects to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and prepare client-facing documentation and presentations.
• Draft and present proposals while identifying opportunities for new or additional work.
• Support Partners with research, reporting, and other required project activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum of a degree standard or equivalent education.
• Experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Direct working knowledge of applying IT to support business processes and user requirements.
• Knowledge of IT trends, digital/web technology, and their applications.
• Understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its digital, data, and information system drivers.
• Ability to influence at a senior level.

Preferred Skills

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client delivery needs.
